An AI minute is a minute of Voxra answering a call; each call is rounded up to the whole minute. When you reach your monthly allowance, AI answering pauses until your next month and calls go to your mobile and voicemail instead. You can add a minutes bundle any time — there's never a surprise overage bill.

Because Voxra runs your mobile line itself, it can answer your mobile when you can't: calls to your business number and your Voxra mobile number ring your mobile first, and Voxra picks up the ones you miss, with no call-forwarding to set up. Only the calls you miss use them. Pro puts Voxra first, with more minutes, a business eSIM, customer WhatsApp and workflows. Complete is for busier and multi-site businesses, with more AI minutes, multiple numbers and outbound jobs.

Yes. Voxra answers WhatsApp messages the same way it answers calls, so customers who'd rather text than ring still get looked after. Setup takes about two minutes from your dashboard.

You can lock the Voxra app behind Face ID or your fingerprint, so it stays private even if your phone is unlocked. Your business number itself goes through address and document verification before it goes live, same as any UK business number.
